The best way to manage your pension is online. Use our online member portal to:

  • View your payslips
  • View your P60 certificates
  • Update your address or contact details
  • Nominate beneficiaries to receive benefits in the event of your death

To register you’ll need your National Insurance number and contact details to hand.

Other ways to manage your pension

If you don't want to use the portal to make changes, you can fill in a form and send it to us by post or email. Requests you can manage this way include:

  • Change of address
  • Change of marital status
  • Dependant pension request
  • Nomination form for lump sum death benefit
  • Payment details instruction

To complete these requests, open the relevant form and follow the instructions in the document.
